Development progresses downtown

The article reports on some tangible progress achieved by North Las Vegas, Nevada in its downtown redevelopment effort. It says that the city spent $16 million in June 2008 to build its new city hall. Larry Bender, manager of the city's redevelopment division, stated that the Las Flores mall has been downsized due to parking requirements.
