Meridian hotel operation fallout continues

It says that a number of investors are calling for the eviction of an onsite rental company that was renting out their units, in most instances, for illegal overnight stays. It adds that Rebekah DeSmet, who is the manager of a project to upgrade and furnish the Meridian units, has been charged with two misdemeanor violations of zoning and licensing laws in association with the Meridian's hotel operation.
