ABSTRACT
The article reports that rubber and specialty chemical supplier Lanxess AG plans to develop a new regional organization combining and strengthening the service capabilities of the U.S. and Canada. The goal is to improve the firm's competitiveness. The new service organization will be headed by Randy Dearth, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of the U.S. subsidiary Lanxess Corp., based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
