ABSTRACT
The article reports that Wabash National Corp. will increase the prices of its trailer products an average of five percent effective for new orders booked on or after October 11, 2008, with an additional increase ranging from three to five percent effective January 1, 2009. According to Dick Giromini, president and chief executive officer, the price increase is a result of the continuing increase in the costs of raw materials and purchased components.
