The article discusses a case of a spontaneously vanishing primary cerebral lymphoma "ghost tumor" in a 68-year-old woman with no history of headache, hypertension or medications. Brain imaging using magnetic resonance imaging showed abnormalities in the white matter of the occipital lobes. Blood examination showed high levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor and thymidine kinase.
