ABSTRACT
The article reports on the judicial procedures undertaken for personal email accounts and personal voice mail in the U.S. These procedures are accounted to warn on the need to consider whether sensitive topics would be discussed in email, regarding email to be a key role as evidence in some court cases. It also mentions an indictment filed by federal prosecutors against two Bear Stearns hedge fund manager that cited an email sent from a personal account.
