ABSTRACT
The article offers tips to improve member relations. Customer service is defined in the context of the fitness industry. Elements of a stellar customer service are presented along with tips to make it happen, including offering a complimentary service or product to each 20th member who comes in each day, being able to provide suggestions about group fitness classes, and showing interest in a member in order to win a friend.
