ABSTRACT
The article reports on the start of the tour of the chefs from Parkhurst Dining Services to the company's college and business and industrial (B&I) accounts in the fall of 2008. The chefs will be educating staff and customers on global cuisine in conjunction with the company's Hemisflavors program. The focus of the 2008 tour will be on foods from Japan and Spain. The traveling chefs include Tom Scherer and Scott Rattan.
