ABSTRACT
The article offers information about educational techniques in libraries. Conflicting emphases are noted in plans to support education in libraries, such as formal emphasis on learners' attitudes and engagement versus material emphasis on the content of the information presented. Cognitive, behaviorist, and constructive problem-based learning processes are described, and instructional models such as lecturing versus group projects are evaluated.
