The article discusses how citizens of Greencastle, Indiana are engaged in community development. Greencastle residents gathered to discuss the local economy, asset-based development, and the relationship of the city with DePauw University. In fact, Greencastle has been known for its civic involvement given awards earned from giving bodies.
