ABSTRACT
The article reports that Room & Board Inc. will open a 34, 000-square-foot store in March 2009 in Atlanta, Georgia. The retailer company known for its sustainability practices said that the three level store will be a part of a mixed-use development which includes the reuse of a 1910-era meatpacking plant as well as a new construction. It discusses the investments and expectations of the company to the project. Information regarding its opening in other parts of the U.S. is also discussed.
