The article reports on Norwalk Furniture Corp.'s new retailers policy. According to president Greg Wyers, almost 30 of their former Norwalk store owners will probably convert from their franchises to retail. A series of steps will be conducted to emphasize design and service over price including an individual web site for each store, e-mail and direct mail programs. Plans on giving incentives and conferences are also part of designed program.
