ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the status of the Colombian debt as of October 2008. The year-on-year price growth that was moderated from 7.9% to 7.6% is believed to be the awaited inflection point. It states that the Colombian economic activity being off the boil, the retracement in commodity prices should be able to lift the pressure off the price basket.
