ABSTRACT
The article reports on the collaboration of Ovonyx Inc. and Synopsys Inc. to develop and enhance the simulation capability of phase change memory (PCM). Ovonyx is confident that its partnership with Synopsys will help in the commercialization efforts of PCM products by chipmakers. The two companies will calibrate Transactions on Computer-Aided Design (TCAD) models in developing PCM products.
