ABSTRACT
The article reports that Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. has received a 100% rating from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRC) in its 2009 Corporate Equality Index. The index evaluates firms on their treatment of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT) employees, consumers and investors. According to the article, this is the fourth time Nationwide has received such rating from the foundation.
