ABSTRACT
The article focuses on China's housing property market after the Beijing 2008 Olympics. The Western countries have not been able to accept the successful organization of the Olympics. The Chinese government has made efforts to curb the overheated property market and expects to make some fundamental downward adjustments. Property markets worldwide fluctuate depending on the health of the economy and the current upheaval is expected to vanish soon.
