The article profiles Jean Reist Stark, co-founder of the Kulicke-Stark Academy of Jewelry Art in New York City. Stark, a neoclassical jeweler, is one of the leading practitioners of the two techniques, granulation and cloisonne enamel, which are widely used by Neoclassical jewelers. Stark and Bob Kulicke started the academy when they became so committed in classical jewelry and craftsmanship. She is gratified on seeing their former students who are making their mark in the jewelry world.
