The article profiles William Matthews, a jeweler based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Inspired by the museum of mummies during his trip to Egypt in 1979, his designs were adopted to anatomical structures such as the lips, eye caps, and eyebrows. Moreover, most of his facial jewelry are attached to the skin by cosmetic adhesive except for the earrings.
