ABSTRACT
The article reports on the appeal made by Pope Benedict XV to Catholic Churches worldwide to help the poor children who are victims of war. The Pope has requested all the Bishops around the world to take active measures for the relief of the said children. He relates the said works to that of Jesus Christ's compassion to the little ones.
