ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the investigation of Chicago motion picture in Illinois. It states that a gentleman from New York admitted that a certain percentage of the picture is utterly unfit for exhibition, but the producers insisted that the motion should be released and the exhibitors are persecuted for violating public decency. In addition, it would require a police inspector to stand guard in every one of the 17,000 theater to catch the offender.
