ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of German truck supplier JOST group by private equity firm Cinven. The management team of JOST will be retained, as well as the contact persons for worldwide customers. JOST manufactures systems, modules and components for the truck industry, including towing hitches, drawbars and articulated steering systems. JOST increased its annual sales to around €445 million in 2007.
