ABSTRACT
This article announces the launch of the British Government Communications Headquarters' (GCHQ) recruitment website. The so-called lifestyle site highlights the organisation's environment and working culture, which includes flexible working. GCHQ spokesman Alan Thompson said that by combining new technology, digital channels and traditional media they hope to attract the highly skilled and motivated people they need. The organisation is looking to recruit information technology (IT), Internet, engineering, linguist and culture specialists.
