ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decision of the board of private equity investment trust Pantheon International Participations PLC (PIP) to consider the proposal to issue new shares in Great Britain in 2007. PIP invests in private equity funds and occasionally makes direct investments in private equity companies. However, it has decided to restructure its portfolio management and give way to other types of services in the market.
