ABSTRACT
The article offers information on qualifications for a deputy livestock editor for "Farmers Weekly." He must be able to produce factual and clear reports from shows, sales and events and farm visits and phone conversations, often to tight deadlines. He should have the capacity to work under pressure and to deadlines in a noisy and mildly chaotic open-plan office and to support the livestock editor by coming up with story ideas, both for the page and the web.
