ABSTRACT

Beef producers could receive up to £3000 in addition to auction revenue for the champion beef carcass at the 2008 inaugural English Winter Fair, to be held in Stafford, England on November 15 to 16, 2008, sponsored by Anglo Beef Processors. The 2008 Charollais champion of champions title was awarded to Ashton Selway's ram lamb Wardshill Invincible. The Dairy Event and Livestock Show will be attended by international visitors from China, South Africa, Colombia and Romania.
