Country Report
The article offers information related to politics and economy in Vietnam. Nguyen Viet Tien has been dismissed as a deputy transport minister by the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) in a decree issued in August 2008. A framework agreement has been signed by Seoul and Hanoi guaranteeing Vietnam U.S. $1 billion in preferential loans between 2008 to 2011.
