ABSTRACT
The article reports that Verizon Wireless (VZW) ranked highest position on a customer service study in the U.S. According to the 2008 Wireless Customer Care Performance study of the J.D. Power and Associates, despite the firm's competitor's popularity in telephone calls with service representative, which is the T-Mobile USA Inc., several customers were impressed with the VZW's ability to troubleshoot a problem in one contact.
