ABSTRACT
The article reports that all five high schools in the Shawnee Mission School District in Kansas have changed to a food court style of service in 2008. Nancy Coughenour, manager of foodservices, says because students are deluged with choices at other foodservice venues, they were expecting similar options in their schools. Starting this fall, students will have 18 choices each day for lunch. In 2007, students had only three choices.
