Ask Value-Adding Questions

The author focuses on asking questions that must yield answers that will add value to the enterprise. He states that answers to a value-adding question will change how an organization thinks, functions and makes decisions. He notes that the most common question in a business setting is a request for information. He adds that true value-adding questions require thought, encourage reflection and advance the conversation into new level.
