ABSTRACT
Several charts are presented that show health statistics in the U.S. as of September 5, 2008 including the percentage of adults who used complementary and alternative medicine, provisional cases of infrequently reported notifiable diseases for the week ending August 30, 2008, and provisional cases of selected notifiable diseases for weeks ending August 30, 2008 and September 1, 2007.
