ABSTRACT
The article presents a health group report which claims that meals for children in well known restaurants are unhealthy. It states that 13 major restaurant chains in the U.S. offer meals with twice the calorie requirements of children. Self-help questionnaires designed to help reader be guided to make the proper food choices taking into consideration calorie count of each food presented are given.
