ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the legislative act supported by the Paralyzed Veterans Affairs (PVA) in the U.S. Christopher and Dana Reeve Paralysis Act was blocked by a procedural vote in the Senate on July 28, 2008. The House of Representatives has completed the Military Construction and Veteran's Affairs appropriations bill on July 31, 2008. H.R. 6445, a bill which prohibits co-payment collections from disabled veterans, was recently passed by the House of Representatives.
