ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the Cal-Diego Paralyzed Veterans of America's (PVA) Third Annual One-Day Salt Water Fishing Trip sponsored by the National PVA's Step Outside Program at Dana Point Harbor in San Diego, California on June 10, 2008. The event sailed the ship "Reel Fun" with the crew of Dana Wharf Sport Fishing and fifteen participants from PVA. One of the highlights is the Big Fish jackpot fishing contest, in which Terry Koehler was declared as winner.
