ABSTRACT
The article offers tips on how to expedite claims meetings in the U.S. According to the author, participants in the meeting should be considered since their are players with hidden agendas that could slow down the progression. He adds that one must cite ones position factually and express what one really wants. Moreover, he emphasizes the importance of asking questions and being fair, firm and respectful.
