Pathway, Urethanes International combine assets

The article reports that Pathway Polymers Inc. and the company Urethanes International are combining their operations to create a global one-stop shop for flat-proofing goods. While the two polyurethane product producers are not calling it a merger, they have pooled their assets to form one business under the name Pathway Holdings. According to Garret Peters, president of the newly combined firm, together, both the companies will operate as Pathway Polymers.
