ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the use of bamboo on floorings. Solid bamboo flooring is made out of splits of bamboo compressed together by glue. Woven bamboo flooring is composed of thousands of bamboo strands pressed together under high pressure. Engineered bamboo flooring has an outer bamboo layer over a pine and rubberwood backing.
