ABSTRACT
The article discusses the importance of Internet banking as a must-have financial service of credit unions (CUs) in the U.S. According to the Credit Union National Association's (CUNA) 2008-2009 Technology & Spending Survey Report, 68 percent of credit unions offer online banking. Kevin Ralofsky, president and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vacationland Federal Credit Union, states that online banking helped their CU more profitable, competitive and desirable.
