ABSTRACT
The article provides suggestions that could possibly meet the challenges of the mattress industry in the U.S. It is suggested that a good attitude would magically produce strong traffic and boost the company's sale. Because approaching business in down times is critical, winners are those who believe they have control over their own destiny. They are busy doing things to improve their business such as trying more online advertising and spending more time on training.
