It has been acquired by GSE World, on June 1, 2008 for many reasons, including the location, reputation and products. It notes that ConvExpert has 160,000 square feet of property and has moved its location to a former Caterpillar dealership since 2005. It also notes that it is scheduled to receive a $1million upgrade, including a new layout for the production line.
