Stertil-Koni completes two acquisitions

The article announces the completion of two acquisitions by Stertil-Koni. Stertil B.V., parent company of Stertil-Koni U.S. has acquired the 23-year-old manufacturer of lifts, ALM Corporation, on July 1, 2008. The acquisition fulfilled the goal of the company to establish a world class manufacturing presence in the U.S. and a platform to supply heavy-duty lift products. Fleet America Service Technology of Manheim, Pennsylvania responsible for the production of shallow pit-designed heavy-duty scissors lift, was acquired by Steril B. V. on July 2, 2008.
