ABSTRACT
The article discusses the significance of social networking on the industrial relationships of companies in the U.S. According to the author, social networking helps formalize the jumble of connections between individuals in the companies and turn the paradigm of CRM adoption. In addition, social networks are actually significantly better tools for modeling the reality of enterprises.
