To optimize the extraction process of Qiguixiaozheng Granules. Methods The extractive procedure of Qiguixiaozheng Granule was screened with orthogonal test, according to the extractive rate, contents of the total saponins and contents of the total polysaccharide. Results The optimal process was performed by 0.5-hour extraction for three times, with 8-fold volume of water. Conclusion The process is convenient and stable.
