ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of Koncor Industries, a division of Latrobe Specialty Steel, by Washington, Pennsylvania-based Precision Marshall Steel. Koncor Industries specializes in manufacturing precision ground products from tool, die and high-speed steels. It is noted that the acquisition widens the product lines which Precision Marshall Steel is able to provide its distributors.
