ABSTRACT
The article presents the steps in attaining employees' trust. It notes the employees' trust in their manager is a vital part to achieve success in every business. Trust is the basis of successful business relationships between managers and employees. A key factor in establishing a company culture conducive to build trust in managers is the employees' perception on managers' initiative to solve problems and their ability to improve the company. The three major steps which are needed to achieve employees' trust include learning the psychological factors of trust, evaluating employees' needs, and taking actions to build their trust.
