ABSTRACT
The article discusses topics related to the advantages of writing and publishing ideas in prints or on the Internet. It states that publishing the thoughts for others to see, extends the reach of the ideas and sparks a larger discussion and larger professional conversation. However, it states that the ideas will not go anywhere unless it is published for others to see. In addition, it discusses the key to publishing and mitigating any risk in two folds.
