The article reports on the acquisition of Active Ankle Systems Inc. in Louisville, Kentucky by Cramer Products Inc. to boost Cramer's sales by 20 percent. The acquisition was led by the opportunities to grow the strong Active Ankle brand in a larger platform. It includes its Dorsal Night Splint line designed to help treat plantar fasciitis.
