ABSTRACT
The article presents a conversation with Virginia Golding, chartered MCIPD consultant for Golding Diversity Training. She said that after working in admin in an education and training department, she was encouraged to pursue a career in training. She mentioned that most of her work involves identifying what organisations want to achieve in terms of equality and diversity, then providing either general training workshops or bespoke courses tailored to their business needs.
