ABSTRACT
The article reports on the reorganization of Hooker Furniture's upholstery companies, Bradington-Young and Sam Moore, under the leadership of Alan Cole. Cole had shifted as the president of the said companies to replace Scott Young and Mike Moldenhauer. According to him, to be able to meet with the emerging economic downturn and changing environment, it is required for the industry to find new and better ways to serve the market and retain the core strength.
