ABSTRACT
The article reports that plans for the Home and Garden Television (HGTV) and National Home Furnishing Association (NHFA) retailer program in the U.S. are temporarily stopped. The program is to feature a co-branded HGTV-NHFA Web site with tools and information on preferred retailer members. NHFA president Doug Kays said that it is an opportunity and NHFA can approach all components in the furniture industry without the existing HGTV advertising contracts.
