ABSTRACT
The article presents information on a report launched by Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development which focused on effective talent management strategies in the employee management. The interactive tool focuses on tips for designing and implementing strategies, rather than providing a step-by-step guide to talent management. The report also revealed that developing and communicating a common understanding of talent within an organisation is critical to a successful strategy.
